Aquastream is a brand new aquatics company located in the city of Vaughan, Ontario. The company is devoted to delivering year-round swim lessons for kids aged 2 months to 18 years old.
Aquastream had the following challenges when they approached our team:
- No previous digital presence, no digital marketing strategy
- Totally new brand in a highly-competitive market
- Aggressive sales target of reaching the break-even point during the first three months
- Limited budget
For our team, the main challenge was to find the right strategy to build brand awareness for the company and generate easily convertible leads simultaneously in a well-established market.
Before acting on a limited budget we analyzed the parents’ audience thoroughly. Everything that is important for them to become our focal point. Applying effective copywriting, A/B testing we were able to exceed KPIs.
During the first cycle of the campaign, we optimized audience management and achieved a 50% lower lead acquisition cost than the market average. High quality leads that our team has generated resulted in a 20% sales conversion.
